First lie, they mentioned apartment surface is 65 m2, not mentioned that this is not the living surface but counting two patios of the building. The apartment itself is about 45 m2. Second lie, they say in the description it's a bright apartment but in reality is totally dark in one bedroom (no window), the other bedroom is very dark. And the living room has a widow facing a patio with a 3 m tall wall in front. Third lie, asked to see the apartment via cavite call and said is not possible as there are people there. Another lie, the apartment is renovated. Total lie. The apartment has dirty walls, damaged floors and water from the shower goes all over the place. Primeira mentira, eles mencionaram que a superfície do apartamento é de 65 m2, não mencionaram que esta não é a área de estar, mas contando com dois pátios do edifício. O apartamento em si tem cerca de 45 m2. Segunda mentira, eles dizem na descrição que é um apartamento claro, mas na realidade é totalmente escuro em um quarto (sem janela), o outro quarto é muito escuro. E a sala tem uma viúva voltada para um pátio com uma parede de 3 m de altura na frente. Terceira mentira, pediu para ver o apartamento via chamada cavite e disse que não é possível porque tem gente lá. Outra mentira, o apartamento foi reformado. Mentira total. O apartamento tem paredes sujas, pisos danificados e a água do chuveiro espalha-se por todo o lado.
